what's up with the language forum?²

hi every body
i'm really wondering
why is the language forum empty
as if it is ghost forum i'm personally feel bore
in it and i stop to participate in it because there
is no new subjects and always the same members
who participate in it from time to time and the level
of participations always between 5 or 6 & rarely 10

Maybe the members are not good or maybe there is no available help , neither encouragement nor reinforcement , but we can learn it relying on our own efforts and practise it with those who can use the language appropriately , therefore , no one is perfect
